PhD Andrej Grubišić

He graduated in finance from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. He received a master’s degree in finance from Webster University, St. Louis (USA). He earned a doctorate in business management at the Lausanne Business School in Switzerland and is finishing his second doctorate at Bocconi in Milan. He completed strategic financial analysis for business evaluation at Harvard Business School. Today, he is the founder and partner of the company Grubišić &Partneri, which advises clients in M&A transactions. Since 2017, he has been teaching at the Luxemburg School of Business after a long-term teaching engagement at ZŠEM. “In the early days of my career as a young financier, I was impressed by the saying ‘Cash (Flow) is a King’, which suggests that the viability and value of any business is determined by its ability to generate positive cash flow,” said Grubišić.
