Tamara Vučetić

SABANT, BRAND OWNER

She is the founder of Sabant and Biotech Materials. She learned about innovation, materials, and sustainable business practices at the Faculty of Textile Technology in Zagreb and the Institute for Fashion in Amsterdam, where she realized how much-untapped potential exists in the biomaterials market. She translated her love for the textile industry and fashion (quite literally) into Croatian Beer skin™, a plant-based leather made from waste left over from beer production. When she’s not working, she travels and finds inspiration for her next inventions.
